Police shot a man who attacked the U.S. embassy. UU. in Sarajevo
The man, after facing the security forces, was wounded and arrested.

The attacker fired on Friday with a Kalashnikov rifle against the U.S. embassy in Sarajevo, according to local media.
In the incident there were several wounded, including, apparently, two policemen.
Bosnian FENA agency sources said the U.S. embassy confirmed that "one shot" againstthe building.
Shortly after he heard automatic gunfire at the scene attended by many police officers, including special agents.
Although at first it was said that the man had died, television Muslim-Croat federation ofBosnia 'FTV' said the attacker is injured, and noted that two other people, both of the Bosnian capital, were arrested in connection with the attack.
The source identified the bomber as Mevlid Jasarevic, 23 years old, known under the nickname Abdurahman, and is of Novi Pazar (southern Serbia).
The people who were near the scene took refuge at the Holiday Inn.
The neighborhood of Sarajevo Marindvor is locked and panic reigns.
The independent Bosnian daily 'Nezavisne Novine' says the attacker was shot in the head,after half an hour of shooting.
Among the wounded would be an employee of the embassy, said the newspaper on its website.
There are also rumors that the city moves another armed man who had accompanied theattacker.
