Ombudsman presented a criminal complaint against the director for torture Inpec

At the request of Ruben Dario Villa detainee during his detention at the penal colony of Acacias-Meta, the Foundation Committee for Solidarity with Political Prisoners, FCSPP, drew the attention of supervisory bodies and the prison authorities these acts of retaliation in against, on the occasion of the complaints filed with the attorney, for irregularities in the transfers.
