Cold soup recipe celery and apple

Ingredients (4 people)
1 kilo of red apples.
1 stick of celery.
1 zucchini.
A pint of cold water.
1 clove of garlic.
2 tablespoons cider vinegar.
4 tablespoons virgin olive oil.
1 pinch of white pepper.
How is it made:
Peel the squash and reserve their peeling slightly by cooking in boiling water with salt and then taking them to very cold water, reserving for the decoration of the soup.
All apples (except 2) we remove the peel and seeds. The grind with a pint of water nearly frozen, along with a sprig of celery.
Reserved a block to decorate the other unpeeled but cored, add itto the soup for crushing and so it has small spots.
Chop the garlic finely, add to the soup and we all through the blender.
Add the vinegar and olive oil with a pinch of white pepper and salt.
Cool and serve with cooked zucchini strips slightly and unpeeledapple wedges.
